About The Position

Servco Toyota Pukoloa is looking for a Clerk to assist our Parts Department with keeping an accurate record of inventory so we can continue to deliver great service to our retail customers and service department. This is a great entry-level position for a career in a dealership parts department.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of clerical work experience
  • Accurate data entry skills including ten key by touch
  • Beginner level Access, Word, and Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Light accounting knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • Auto parts knowledge
  • DealerTrack experience

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter parts inventory information into the inventory management system
  • Process accounts payable invoices for payment in a timely manner
  • Complete parts worksheets and logs
  • Process credit memos
  • File and perform other clerical support functions as needed

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $18.83 - $22.88 per hour
