Requirements

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
2 years of experience in a clerical role
Attention to detail
Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed

Responsibilities

Receive and transact incoming materials and verify against paperwork
Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct documentation and labeling
Transact and handling of both domestic and international documentation
Participate in S7
Perform data entry tasks
Research and correct errors
Accurately pick parts and components based on order requirements.
Pack shipments securely for carrier pickup, following aerospace packaging standards
Complete tasks by following established procedures
Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner
Maintain organized storage and work areas
Perform visual and physical quality checks on parts and packaging
Report discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
