About The Position

Performs diversified clerical duties including, but not limited to, typing correspondences/forms/papers, receptionist duties, keeping inventory, ordering office supplies, sorting/filing, photocopying, faxing, taking messages, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Prior clerical experience, required.
  • Typing 30 wpm, required.
  • Ability to input data to computerized system, required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing correspondence, forms, papers, etc.
  • Receptionist duties
  • Sorting and filing
  • Photocopying
  • Answering phones, taking messages
  • Faxing
  • Handling petty cash
  • Keeping inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Logging/recording of information
  • Distributing and retrieving reports, data, etc.
  • Maintaining a variety of records, books, etc.
  • Maintaining statistical data/billing reports, etc.
  • Miscellaneous duties related to department
  • Performs related duties, as required.
