Position Summary: Prepares and processes duplicate and partial duplicate shipments, including performing all transactions required to update Ambassador account balances and Transportation utility accounts accurately. Interacts with delivery vendors to provide all needed information and support. Maintains District Manager address files in appropriate systems. Updates and publishes delivery information each campaign to appropriate parties. Arranges and monitors special shipments/deliveries for recovery situations, special functions, PC tributes, etc. Communicates any schedule modifications to Transportation vendors. Tracks and records delivery exceptions, misroutes, and any service impacts involving Representative order delivery. Provides information as needed for analysis of service issues and delivery vendor performance. Maintains, updates and provides reports as required regarding all aspects of transportation processes. Acts as liaison between delivery companies for address changes; directions, special situations, etc. Performs Ambassador account maintenance as required. Follows safety policies and maintains good housekeeping in work area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Ability to learn to use personal computer, including Microsoft Office applications, internet navigation, and email functions including sending and receiving attachments within three months of starting position.
Ability to learn Ambassador database system for account inquiry and maintenance, and accurate manipulation of financial account balances for crediting and charging Ambassadors for lost order situations.
May be required to train and receive hazmat certification for hazmat declaration purposes within three months of starting position.
Typing speed of 30 wpm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure and demonstrate flexibility.
Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and take initiative on specific issues.
Ability to prioritize handling of situations.
Must have a positive attitude.
