About The Position

Lone Star Bakery is seeking a full-time Regulatory Clerk to perform a variety of clerical tasks. This role will support the basic needs of the Regulatory department and plant functions, involving processing documents, uploading certificates, posting SDS's, confirming audit document validity, and providing administrative support for various projects.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
  • Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability with respect to changing work environments and expectations.
  • Ability to work with a team to create effective departmental strategies and meet team goals.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor supplied supplier and material documents for production raw materials.
  • Upload kosher certificates to the KVH website.
  • Post SDS's to Safety's Teams files
  • Confirm supplier audit documents validity
  • Provide support in administrative capacity on various projects as needed.
