About The Position

This data analyst will liaise with various health plan contacts as well as become the resident expert on regulatory guidelines for specific lines of business. In the process of preparing reporting and auditing requirements, the data analyst will work on a variety of assignments with stakeholders across various departments: decision support (data analytics), medical management, case management, provider relations, marketing, customer service, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, managing, and executing high-level complexity deliverables with multiple stakeholders. He or she is a self-starter who is analytical, organized, and collaborative. The ability to navigate ambiguity, analyze data, absorb and analyze a large volume of information is necessary. This position will be based in our West Hills, CA office and report directly to the head of our regulatory compliance team. All other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
  • Strong analytical, creative problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to strategize effectively, execute within timelines, and deliver quality results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and being proactive are essential
  • 0-5 years of professional experience
