Clerk II - Logistics

About The Position

Responsible for providing administrative, phone and clerical support to the Logistics Department with a focus on Inter-Franchise customers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • 1 - 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant or performing clerical duties
  • Typing Skills: Minimum 35 wpm (Testing required)
  • Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience

Responsibilities

  • Send and receive emails and answer incoming and make outgoing phone calls; follow up on inquiries, field/answer routine calls/emails and non-routine questions or observations
  • Facilitate the sharing of information between other Logistics staff, vendors and internal customers
  • Assist in KPI reporting
  • Data entry in Excel and TMW
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
