About The Position

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is seeking a Part-Time Clerk to support our Career Readiness & Post-Secondary Success Team in the Alliance Home Office and—by extension—our work to cultivate and empower exceptional talent at every level of the organization who prepare our scholars to be successful in college and in life. This position reports directly to the Director, Career Readiness & Post-Secondary Success and supports the College Access, Readiness and Equity Team through administrative and general support.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or the equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and regular updating of Career Readiness and Postsecondary Success data tracking systems and dashboards.
  • Support Career and Internship Program logistics related activities during the Alliance Internship Program.
  • Maintain a database of both scholar and counselor external opportunities related to career readiness and postsecondary success, including scholarships, trainings, and internships.
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation for Career Readiness and Postsecondary Success Team meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Career Readiness and Postsecondary Success Team, including correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
  • Track and help organize data related to scholar participation in internship, career readiness, and postsecondary success programs.
  • Support communication and coordination between the Career Readiness and Postsecondary Success Team, Alliance schools, partner organizations, and outside stakeholders.
