About The Position
This is a permanent part-time position at the Yorkton Food Store. The role involves delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”.
Requirements
- Interest in a career in customer service

- Retail experience in customer service, point of sale operation, and merchandising
- Willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most
- Recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
- Physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
Responsibilities
- Processing transactions through the Point-of-Sale system including tobacco and lottery sales
- Stocking and facing products within the store
- General Food Store duties including housekeeping, opening, and closing
