About The Position

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will create a personalized moment for our guests. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

• Basic math skills required.
• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one-year retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handling all money and credit card transactions
• Promptly and courteously assisting guests in making purchases in a clean and attractive environment
• Maintaining on a daily basis, the cleanliness of all the merchandise and the physical property of the gift shop
• Unpacking, marking and stocking merchandise on a daily basis
