Requirements
- College Diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to demonstrate rigor and attention to detail
- Ability to handle volume accurately
- French and English, both oral and written
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of SAP and Serrala systems is an asset
Responsibilities
- Monitor and answer incoming questions from internal and external users of accounts payable department
- Manage the support mailbox
- Perform research on payable invoices (status of invoices, payments, discrepancies, contacts, etc)
- Perform vendor statement of account analysis as needed
- Support and communicate applicable procedures to users
- Follow up on urgent payments
- Responsible of customer service and user support
- Perform appropriate validations and corrections to accurately complete the accounting of invoices to be paid via the Serrala system (Imaging and Workflows)
- Provide support to various ad hoc projects and other tasks of the payable department as required
