Position OverviewReporting to the Manager, Health Information Services, the Health Information Services Clerk is responsible for the following duties: processing admission and discharges; filing and pulling health records for all areas of the facility as applicable; placing all charts into folders; filing all late reports and culling records for off-site storage; and providing reception services to MHC staff, physicians and the public.
