About The Position

The State Attorney's Office, First Judicial Circuit of Florida is seeking to hire a Clerical Specialist I for their Fort Walton Beach office. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves serving as the office receptionist/switchboard operator, acting as the first impression for guests and visitors. Duties include greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, answering incoming calls and directing them, communicating information to the public and other agencies, looking up case information in an electronic database, maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring logs, issuing visitor badges, and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals and mail deliveries.

Responsibilities
