About The Position

Join our welcoming assisted living community in Harrington Park, NJ, as a full-time or part-time (Flexiable schedule M-F) Clerical Rehab Tech. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the therapy department. We’re looking for someone professional, organized, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with residents to enhance their therapy experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with therapy appointments
• Collect and maintain necessary documents for resident files
• Support resident transportation
• Cleaning the Rehab gym
• Perform general clerical tasks
• Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries
• Order and manage supplies
• Maintain cleanliness in designated areas
• Build strong rapport with residents to create a positive therapy experience
• Perform any other tasks as requested by the Program Manager
