About The Position

Riley Power group, LLC is a full-service maintenance and capital construction services company headquartered in Pinehurst, NC. We work nationwide on some of the most challenging, exciting construction and maintenance projects in the industrial sector . We are currently hiring a n Administrative Support Specialist for a temporary corporate need. Essential Functions of this position may include but are not limited to: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager or designee and assisting with record keeping Assist Recruiting Team with Administrative Duties Other tasks as requested by management or other supervision Carries out daily responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, client/ site-owner policies, and applicable laws. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read and interpret company policies and procedures. Applicant will be required to work in a collaborative and team environment and meet organizational goals. Employee will frequently walk; climb or balance; will regularly stand; will occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally lift up to 2 5 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include but are not limited to close vision; distance vision; peripheral vision. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Qualification, education, and experience requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred. Successful candidate must possess the willingness and ability to complete and pass all pre-employment and employment screening requirements which may include but are not limited to: practical skills , , other medical, psychological (as required by site), background and substance abuse screening(s).
