Including “on-hold” claims. Verifies claim accuracy on all required fields. Verifies all supporting documentation (invoice, LOA, POD, etc.) matches the items billed on claim. Scans claim and supporting documentation into a designated shared file. Mailes out claim and supporting documentation to appropriate health plan. Sort and distribute department mail daily.   • Mailes out claim and supporting documentation to appropriate health plan.
  • Sort and distribute department mail daily.
