The position involves performing repetitive tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules. Additionally, the role requires taking direction, responding to supervision, and communicating professionally with colleagues and customers. The technician will also fill in during staff shortages, support shift leads, use proper personal protective equipment, and present a professional appearance and conduct. Understanding customer service, satisfaction, and reporting systems is essential.
