Additionally, the technician will take direction, respond to supervision, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, fill in during staff shortages, support shift leads, use proper personal protective equipment, and present a professional appearance and conduct. Understanding customer service, satisfaction, and reporting systems are also key aspects of this role.
