Cleanroom Technician
About The Position
The Cleanroom Tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned. This role involves performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas. The technician must also report incidents and hazardous conditions to their supervisor and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a team, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain a clean work area while adhering to all protocols and company procedures. Professional communication with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers is essential. The role may also involve filling in during staff shortages, supporting shift leads, and using proper personal protective equipment. A professional appearance and conduct are expected, along with an understanding of customer service and satisfaction, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
- Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

- The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleanroom duties

- Fill in during staff shortage
- Support shift lead in completing punch-list items

- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
