About The Position

The Cleanroom Tech will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned. This role involves performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas. The position requires compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures, as well as the ability to perform repetitive tasks and work effectively in a team environment. The Cleanroom Tech will also be responsible for reporting incidents, maintaining a clean work area, and following all company protocols.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to have a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform cleanroom duties
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Stop at risk behavior of others and self
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Perform repetitive tasks
Maintain clean work area
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service and satisfaction
Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
