About The Position

ABM is seeking a Cleanroom Protocol Observer to monitor activities throughout the day and ensure cleanroom protocols and regulations are followed. The role involves patrolling multiple cleanrooms at a job site, wearing the required personal protective equipment, reporting safety violations, and escalating concerns to a supervisor. The position may suit someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet all requirements for approval to work in specific ATS environments, if applicable, including providing a ten-year work history if available.
• English is required.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience.
• One year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies for working in cleanrooms.
• Wear all required cleanroom personal protective equipment throughout the shift, such as gowns, face masks, gloves, and protective eyewear.
• Observe daily activities by patrolling multiple cleanrooms at a job site.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a calm demeanor throughout the shift.
• Observe and report safety violations within the FAB area.
• Escalate situations to a supervisor immediately.
• Submit a daily safety report to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
• Assist the team and supervisor with other tasks as needed.
