This role is for a Cleanroom Process Technician on the 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am), which includes weekend work. The technician will be responsible for operating equipment, setting up molds, establishing process parameters, and ensuring the production of quality products within validated molding processes. This includes troubleshooting quality and part issues, performing root cause analysis, verifying process parameters, identifying machine problems, and resolving basic mold and secondary packaging equipment issues. The role also involves product inspections, working flexible shifts and overtime, and maintaining reliable attendance. Additionally, the technician will lead project work for process improvements, Design of Experiments (DOE), and CAPA problem resolution, developing molds capable of running repeatable and robust molding processes. They will employ and document process development procedures based on scientific molding principles and RJG technology, ensuring development history is documented. The technician will also inspect and benchmark molds, refine process development capabilities, develop ideal nominal processes, troubleshoot production molds, establish Master Cycle Cards, and provide input on tool design. Maintaining required process documentation and a clean, safe work environment, while adhering to plant Health, Safety, and Quality guidelines and GMP, are essential. For SQF Certified Sites, a basic understanding of cGMPs, Good Hygiene Personnel Practices, and performing basic sanitation functions are required, along with notifying the SQF Practitioner of any issues and executing HOLD SOPs. Employees must follow all Food Fraud/Food Defense Policies and have a thorough understanding of all Company policies, including GMPs, safety policies, HACCP, and SQF.
