About The Position

G&F Precision Molding Inc. is seeking a Cleanroom Lead to help oversee the shift, train and support machine operators, and uphold quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves managing daily shift operations, providing direct guidance to machine operators on task performance, safety policies, work instructions, production goals, and quality requirements. The Cleanroom Lead will also be responsible for documenting accurate production/scrap data, performing visual inspections of products, auditing work cells for accuracy, and auditing training records with sign-offs for completion. Additionally, they will train staff on processes, safety, and quality standards, including ISO 9001/13485 compliance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
Cleanroom background preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in full PPE.
Ability to stand/bend for 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
