About The Position

UniClean, a specialized division of UniFirst Corporation, provides cleanroom cleaning and garment services to the pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, electronics, and other controlled environment industries. Our specialized services help customers maintain the strict cleanliness and contamination-control standards required in these critical environments. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleanroom Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you’ll perform specialized cleaning in customer cleanrooms and controlled environments, following specific procedures to maintain required cleanliness standards. No cleanroom experience is required. Training is provided.

Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required cleanroom garments.

Able to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow work instructions, complete trainings, and safety requirements and communicate effectively with Team Partners, supervisors, and customers.
Able to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and apply those skills using units of money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, environmental services, or other hands-on work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning in controlled environments based on customer-specific requirements.
Follow proper hygiene and cleanroom practices to help prevent contamination.
Follow customer-specific work instructions and cleaning procedures.
Complete required cleaning records, forms, and documentation.
Follow established procedures and requirements while working in controlled environments.
