About The Position

As part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, the Cleanline Assembler II contributes to the company’s mission to help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Cleanline associates work in the cleanroom, cleaning and processing parts for manufacturing while maintaining high quality standards. The role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom safety standards. Cleanroom restrictions prohibit hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, and facial hair.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required in NA or APAC; in EMEA, High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, a laboratory setting, or a related field.
• Attention to detail.
• Communication skills.
• Dexterity to work with small parts.
• Able to stand or sit for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to move 30 pounds.
• Comply with cleanroom restrictions, including no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, or facial hair.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in a Cleanline or QA department.
