Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be fluent in Spanish. Basic English proficiency is needed.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team.
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience.
• 3-6 months of experience in a leadership role.

Nice To Haves

• Must be okay with servicing Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
• Must be comfortable using public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large cleaning jobs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conduct cleaning inspections of new team members' work (2-3 per week).
• Follow up with customers to address and resolve client concerns.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and coaching new maids.
• Provide onsite estimates for potential clients.
