About The Position

We are seeking Cleaning Technicians to maintain the cleanliness of buildings by performing various cleaning duties. Duties and hours may vary depending on the size of the building and the number of teammates. Requirements
- Must report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed.
- Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents).
- Must provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
- Employees working in medical facilities are required to wear a mask and gloves during their entire shift.
- Must be able to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift if working in medical facilities.

Responsibilities
- Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes supplies.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
- Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
- Dusts furniture, equipment, and partitions.
- Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Washes walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and partitions.
