We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to maintain the cleanliness of buildings. Duties and hours may vary based on the size of the building and team size. Tasks may also change during employment.

Requirements

• English speaking
• Reports to work each day and on time and works extra hours when needed.
• Complies with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents).
• Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.

Nice To Haves

• Employees working in medical facilities are required to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. May also be required to scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
• Dusts furniture, equipment, and partitions.
• Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
• Washes walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
