Requirements
- Reports to work on time each day and works extra hours when needed.
- Complies with proper safety policies and procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
- Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Determines the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
- Ability to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift if working in medical facilities.
- Must be able to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes supplies. Polishes metalwork.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors using appropriate equipment. May also be required to scrub, wax, and polish floors.
- Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
- Dusts furniture, equipment, and partitions.
- Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners.
- Washes walls and woodwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
