Requirements

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a smart cell phone with email, data, and GPS location available.

Responsibilities

Provide cleaning services to clients according to cleaning specifications for each building.
Clean entryways and public areas.
Perform trash removal.
Dust surfaces and remove cobwebs.
Clean floor surfaces, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
Clean and restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
Clean coffee center areas.
Clean table tops, counter tops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
Clean counter tops, sinks, and drinking fountains in coffee center areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms.
Clean up spills on floors and carpets (excluding blood spills).
Maintain the janitor/storage closet in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
Maintain all equipment and supplies in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Order cleaning supplies and restroom/breakroom supplies as required.
Sweep entryway inside and out, dust and remove cobwebs, remove fingerprints and soil from doors and glass, vacuum mats, mop floors.
Clean all public areas including lobby, reception area, elevators, and stairwells.
Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as needed.
Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces.
Perform other duties as requested or required by management.
