This role is available due to company growth and the increasing administrative load. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing cleaning services to our clients. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing client locations according to specific cleaning specifications. This includes tasks such as cleaning entryways and public areas, trash removal, dusting, cleaning floor surfaces, and maintaining restrooms and break rooms. You will also be responsible for maintaining janitorial closets, ordering supplies, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and in good working condition. The work you do will be visible within our small leadership team structure.

Requirements

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a smart cell phone with email, data, and GPS location available.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitizing client locations according to cleaning specifications.
Cleaning entryways and public areas, including lobby, reception area, elevators, and stairwells.
Trash removal, including emptying trash cans, replacing liners, and cleaning receptacles.
Dusting horizontal and vertical surfaces and removing cobwebs.
Cleaning table tops, counter tops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
Cleaning counter tops, sinks, and drinking fountains in coffee center areas.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and restocking supplies.
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floor surfaces.
Cleaning up spills on floors and carpets as necessary (excluding blood spills).
Maintaining the janitor/storage closet in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
Maintaining all equipment and supplies so they are clean and in a safe and operable condition.
Ordering cleaning supplies and/or restroom and breakroom supplies as required.
Sweeping entryway inside and out, dusting and removing cobwebs, removing fingerprints and soil from doors and glass, vacuuming mats, and mopping floors.
Performing other duties as requested or required by management.
