Requirements

Ability to report to work each day and on time.
Willingness to work extra hours when needed.
Compliance with proper safety policies and procedures, including the use of cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
Ability to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
If required to travel for business, maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
If assigned to a department store, must work rotating weekends and holidays.
Employees working in medical facilities are required to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift.
Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Experience in commercial cleaning.
Experience in healthcare or similar environments.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors. Replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. May also be responsible for scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
Clean and disinfect break rooms/kitchenettes, including sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators. Replenish supplies.
Dust furniture, equipment, and partitions.
Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport them to the disposal area.
Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners.
Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
