Requirements

Completion of orientation and field training
Must pass drug screening
Must pass DMV screening
Must pass criminal background check
Must pass reference checks
Must meet insurance eligibility requirements
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Reliable vehicle and valid insurance
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the day
Ability to lift 40–50 pounds regularly
Ability to work at a steady pace for a full shift
Ability to clean floors on hands and knees when necessary

Nice To Haves

Cleaning experience is a plus
Experience in fast-paced environments such as Airbnb turnovers, hotels, or janitorial work is a strong plus
Flexibility for earlier start times (as early as 7:30 AM) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
Travel to multiple job sites throughout the day
Follow company systems and quality standards
Deliver excellent customer service
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Assist teammates in the field when daily assignments are completed early
Help with supplies, organization, or cleaning tasks at the office when daily assignments are completed early
Continue contributing wherever needed when daily assignments are completed early
