About The Position

Up to Par Cleaning is seeking motivated, dependable team members for a full-time Cleaning Technician position. This role offers opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement within the company. Requirements

• No formal education required
• Completion of orientation and field training
• Must pass: Drug screening, DMV screening, Criminal background check, Reference checks, Insurance eligibility requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle and valid insurance
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the day
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work at a steady pace for a full shift
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees when necessary

Nice To Haves

• Cleaning experience is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as Airbnb turnovers, hotels, or janitorial work is a strong plus, as this role requires both speed and attention to detail.
• Flexibility for earlier start times (as early as 7:30 AM) is a strong plus and allows team members to take on additional hours and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
• Travel to multiple job sites throughout the day
• Follow company systems and quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Assist teammates in the field
• Help with supplies, organization, or cleaning tasks at the office
