About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to maintain the cleanliness of buildings. This role involves various cleaning duties that may vary based on the size of the building and team size. We have a strong presence in healthcare, commercial, life sciences, manufacturing, and education sectors, cleaning over 30 million square feet daily with more than 900 technicians.

Requirements

• Reports to work each day and on time.
• Works extra hours when needed.
• Complies with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents).
• Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
• Must wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift when working in medical facilities.
• Must be able to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. May involve scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
• Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
• Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
• Washes walls and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
