About The Position

KleenMark is hiring a Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness of a building by performing a range of cleaning duties. The specific duties and hours may vary depending on the building’s size and the number of teammates working there, and assigned tasks may change during employment.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a four-hour cleaning shift that may begin any time after 8 p.m. This is a part-time, second-shift position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Employees are expected to arrive on time, work extra hours when needed, follow required safety policies and procedures, maintain a positive attitude while serving internal and external customers, and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough. Requirements

• Comply with applicable safety policies and procedures, including those for using cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Determine and maintain the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
• Be able to work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other surfaces; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and, as needed, scrub, wax, or polish floors.
• Clean and disinfect break-room and kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, and other surfaces; replenish supplies.
• Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and other items.
• Empty wastebaskets and recycling containers and transport waste to the disposal area.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
• Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
• Report to work on time, work extra hours when needed, follow safety procedures, provide positive customer service, and ensure work is neat, accurate, and thorough.
