About The Position

We are seeking Cleaning Technicians to maintain the cleanliness of buildings by performing various cleaning duties. Duties and hours may vary based on the size of the building and the number of teammates. This is a Part-Time, 2nd Shift position with weekend work required.

Requirements

Reports to work each day and on time.
Works extra hours when needed.
Complies with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents).
Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Determines the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
Must wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift when working in medical facilities.
Must be able to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
Polishes metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. May include scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
Washes walls and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
