We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to maintain the cleanliness of our clients' buildings. This role involves various cleaning duties that may change based on the facility's needs and size. We pride ourselves on using proven processes and having the industry's best-trained teams to deliver unmatched service across healthcare, commercial, life sciences, manufacturing, and education sectors, cleaning over 30-million square feet daily.
Requirements
- Must report to work each day and on time.
- Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents).
- Must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
- Must be able to wear a mask and gloves during the entirety of their shift if working in medical facilities.

Responsibilities
- Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. in restrooms and replenishes supplies.
- Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings in restrooms.
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums floors using appropriate equipment.
- Performs other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
- Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. in break rooms/kitchenettes and replenishes supplies.
- Dusts furniture, equipment, and partitions.
- Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners.
- Washes walls and woodwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, and partitions.
