Requirements
- Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance
- Computer & Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access
- Proper identity and work authorization documents
- Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time
- Ability to work between the hours of M-F 8-5 with some flexibility outside of those hours.
- Flexibility, an eye for detail and a strong "team" attitude are just as important to us.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Vacuum carpets, vents, and other surfaces to remove dust and debris.
- Sweep floors, basements, garages, and other designated areas.
- Dust, wash, and polish surfaces to ensure a clean, finished appearance.
- Clean and sanitize tubs, showers, toilets, and other restroom fixtures.
- Remove jobsite trash and construction debris safely and efficiently.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces and designated areas.
- Perform additional cleaning, maintenance, and support duties as assigned.
