About The Position

The Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within offices, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. The technician will also be responsible for restocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and reporting any maintenance or supply issues. Adherence to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines is crucial. The position requires reliable attendance and the ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail. Requirements

• Previous commercial or medical office cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
• Must be available to work evening/overnight hours

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
