About The Position
Certified Maintenance Service Inc. is a locally owned, full-service janitorial service that has served Chattanooga and surrounding areas for over 30 years. It provides customized custodial services for commercial, medical, industrial, educational, financial, government, retail, and nonprofit facilities, and operates in several southeastern cities and other cities nationwide. The Cleaning Tech will help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to high standards, following established procedures, and completing tasks efficiently and effectively. The position works closely with team members and requires attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and effective communication. It is a full-time position with competitive compensation rates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in an office environment, industrial facility, or hospitality setting.
- Certification in cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
