FluxCap invites people interested in the company to introduce themselves if they do not see a suitable current opening. The company helps lawyers connect case law, evidence, and strategy so they can take on larger opponents and win on the merits, regardless of team size. Its initial focus is antitrust, with plans to expand across complex litigation. Founded by former Justice Department Antitrust Division leaders Jonathan Kanter and Doha Mekki, FluxCap brings together former DOJ lawyers and engineers from Palantir and Meta. The company is backed by Y Combinator, Bloomberg Beta, and other investors. Interested candidates may work in law, engineering, design, economics, research, or operations, and are asked to explain their interest in FluxCap and how they might contribute.
