About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Attention to detail daily to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards, which is critical for health and safety compliance.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity are essential for operating cleaning equipment and performing repetitive tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is applied to handle materials responsibly and prevent accidents or contamination.
• Communication skills enable the Cleaning Tech to report issues promptly and coordinate with team members to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in assigned areas.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs and maintain health standards.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with facility policies and environmental regulations.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or supply shortages.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and on time.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns observed during cleaning duties to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve cleaning processes and address client-specific requirements.
