About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in Fridley and help us maintain the high quality our customers depend on. As a Production Technician, you are the first line of defense in our quality process. By meticulously cleaning and inspecting engine components, you ensure that every part is ready for precision remanufacturing and long-term reliability. 1st Shift: 5AM-1:30PM Pay: Starting at $20-21/hr

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and a sharp eye for detail.
The ability to follow complex instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Comfort standing for long shifts (typically starting early at 5:30 AM) and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates with the right "grit" and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Use industrial washing systems and high-powered pressure washers to strip grease, oil, and debris from engine components.
Visually audit cleaned parts for defects, wear, or missing components to ensure they meet our strict "OE or better" specifications.
Safely manage industrial washing machinery and material handling equipment (like carts and hoists) to keep the production line moving.
Uphold a "safety-first" culture by following all protocols and keeping your workstation organized in a fast-paced environment.
Work alongside your team to hit production deadlines and support our lean manufacturing goals.
