Part-Time Mornings - Cleaning Team Member
About The Position
Office Pride is hiring two reliable, detail-oriented part-time commercial cleaners to maintain a commercial facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. The position provides approximately 17–20 total hours per week across both employees, or 8–10 hours per employee. Team members share a rotating Monday–Friday schedule, alternating assigned workdays each week. Each shift is worked independently, with employees sharing responsibility for consistent cleaning quality and providing backup for one another when time off or schedule changes are needed. The role offers a weekday morning schedule, weekends off at the primary location, an independent work environment, management support, and opportunities to pick up additional hours. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. Supplies and on-the-job training are provided. The facility requires extensive background screening and security checks. Team members use the Connecteam mobile app to communicate with managers, access schedules, and receive updates. Employment is with an independently owned and operated Office Pride franchise, which handles employment matters for its location.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform routine physical tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with management.
- Ability to complete the required extensive background check and security screening.

Responsibilities
- Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms.
- Vacuum carpets and floor mats.
- Sweep and mop hard-surface flooring.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Restock restroom supplies.
- Clean glass and high-touch surfaces.
- Keep supply areas clean and organized.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Independently manage assigned cleaning duties during the scheduled shift.
- Communicate with managers and stay connected with the team using the Connecteam app.
- Share responsibility for consistent cleaning quality and serve as backup for the other team member when needed.
