About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions in Fort Myers is seeking a dependable, bilingual Spanish-English Night Manager to oversee commercial cleaning and facility-service accounts in Lee and Collier Counties. This is a hands-on, field-supervision role involving evening visits to client sites to inspect janitorial work, communicate with cleaning teams, resolve issues, support staffing coverage, and help ensure accounts meet quality standards. The position involves driving between locations, generally between Naples and Fort Myers, and may include occasional cleaning and other maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory, team-lead, foreman, or crew-lead experience.
• Fluency or high proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Comfort traveling between assigned customer locations, which vary each night.
• Ability to work independently during evening hours.
• Frequent sitting, bending, standing, and walking; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and drive at night.

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial, commercial cleaning, building maintenance, or related experience.
• Experience with floor work and carpet cleaning.
• Availability for Sunday-through-Thursday nights.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial client locations during evening hours.
• Inspect cleaning and maintenance work for quality and compliance with scope.
• Communicate instructions and feedback clearly in English and Spanish.
• Supervise and support cleaning teams and independent contractors.
• Address service issues involving cleaning teams, equipment, and supplies.
• Complete inspection reports and communicate urgent concerns to the City Wide management team.
• Verify proper use of approved cleaning tools, equipment, policies, and procedures.
• Perform occasional cleaning and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Complete other operational duties to maintain strong relationships with crews and help ensure customer satisfaction.
