About The Position
Love making things shine and want your weekends back? Lead our evening school crew and be home in time for late-night snacks! As our Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead a great local school cleaning team! You will keep operations running smoothly by making sure classrooms and hallways stay sparkling clean. In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Supervisor, checking in on quality, managing supplies, and supporting your crew. Your leadership as a Janitorial Lead ensures a safe, healthy learning environment for kids every single day!
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Background check required
- Ability to walk, bend, and lift cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation to the school site
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a cleaner, custodian, or team leader is a huge plus
- A friendly, high-energy attitude and great teamwork skills
