Requirements

Prior Cleaning experience required.
Prior Supervisory experience required.
Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversight and supervision of custodial technicians assigned to clean client locations.
Ensuring technician staff adhere to the scope of work.
Oversight of staff removing debris, keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming and buffing floors, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing lining of trash cans.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
Training new employees on cleaning techniques, clock in and clock out requirements, and usage of necessary equipment.
Overseeing quality work within pre-set time frames.
Training on the correct use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and wet floor signs.
