About The Position

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor in the Holyoke MA, area. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Some weekend evening work may be required. The Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the Holyoke MA area.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have reliable personal vehicle

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial experience is a plus
• Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge a plus
• General commercial cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 4 cleaners to be sure the entire scope of work is being completed.
• Be sure all supplies are well stocked for our cleaners to use.
• Check all dispensers each night to be sure they are all properly filled.
• Communicate with the customer on site to see what concerns or needs they may have.
• Schedule all carpet cleaning and floor stripping and waxing to meet the scope.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite.
• Making sure each employee is clocking in and out properly each night.
• Handle all call outs and arrange to cover all responsibilities.
