About The Position

The Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of REMS' property management by leading the cleaning team. This full-time position offers a fast-paced, ever-changing environment for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility.

Requirements

• Passion for laundry, cleaning, and providing a spotless end product
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various properties as needed
• Flexible schedule to support the various operational needs

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with the ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with others

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met across properties
• Providing direction, training and support to team members
• Performing hands-on cleaning, property upkeep, and coverage support when needed
• Communicating effectively with management and team members across shifts
• Notify management of any observed deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
